My name is Lonnie David and I am a proud and joyful homeowner of a 2007 four bedroom home. I would not be in this house if I did not have God almighty on my side and Mrs. Maria Ferreira and her partner John Paul Soto as my Realtor agents.
When I first became pre-qualified for a home from the bank I sought out houses in a certain area. I would see a vacant home and call the number. I was uncertain about how to go about buying home, what papers to sign, and why would I need a realtor since I knew where I wanted to live, I would just pick out a house call the number, see the inside and say IÕll buy it. No way was it that simple. I met Maria calling a number to a home to see and it was the smartest call I could have ever made, other than giving my life to Christ!
